Steeping instructions: 85-90˚C / 185-194˚F Gongfu style: 1g : 30ml, 20s + 10s. Western style: 1g : 80ml, 2min + 1min per infusion Bowl style (recommend using glass): 1g : 80ml Cold brew: 1g : 100ml, 3 hours or longer.

Description: This early spring green tea was harvested on March 21, 2025, from high-mountain gardens in Yinxing Village, Yibin at 1050 meters elevation. Carefully hand-picked at the tender stage of one bud with one leaf, this tea is crafted from the Xiao Fuding cultivar using traditional pan-firing techniques. The dry leaves are loosely rolled, releasing a fresh bean aroma complemented by subtle notes of roasted chestnut. Its liquor is bright and clean, with a smooth, refreshing mouthfeel and a balanced vegetal sweetness that lingers. Produced by a multi-generational tea-making family committed to ecological farming, this tea is a beautiful reflection of Yibin’s natural terroir and artisan heritage.
