- 100˚C / 212˚F Chaozhou Gongfu style: an entire packet (7g) : 90-120ml, flash steeping for the first 3 infusions, then gradually increase the steeping time. Regular Gongfu style: 1g : 25-30ml, 15s+5s Western style: 1g : 80ml, 1min+1min Bowl style: 1g : 80ml

Its name derives from its natural fragrance, which closely resembles that of pomelo blossoms. This tea is cultivated in Shangjiao Village at an elevation of 550 meters, where the specific terroir contributes to its distinctive aroma and flavor. Traditionally processed, it captivates with its citrusy and floral notes. The liquor is a clear, yellow-orange, exuding a refreshing pomelo blossom and gardenia flower scent. The taste is balanced, sweet, and slightly tangy, with a clean and crisp finish that makes each sip a delightful experience.

Exceptional Dancong pomelo, plumeria, raw honey! 5 stars. 2g to 90 ml flash steep is a must otherwise it easily goes bitter greenbean bitter. Fun with mytea pal pals and this monthly club tea.

Duck shit oolong was definitely better than this. I will try Chaozhou gongfu style with all the teas as well.
