Steeping instructions
Gongfu style at 100˚C/212˚F using gaiwan or Zisha teapot. Unnecessary to rinse. Depending on your desired intensity, use 5-10g : 110ml ratio. Flash steep or very short steeping time for the first 3 infusions, and then extend as wanted.
Description
One of the four famous bushes of Wuyi Mountains, Tie Luo Han originated from the Nine Bend River near Wuyi Star’s Tea Science Institute. Tie Luo Han tea was said to be discovered in the Song dynasty, so it’s considered the earliest tea cultivar in Wuyishan. The leaf of Tie Luo Han tea is green and flat, its tips curled and droopy with serrated edges.
