Still new to figuring out what I like in terms of aged teas but I enjoyed a lot of steeps from this one. Maybe one day I'll be able to list out the flavors I taste.

- Description
- Tan Yang is one of the three Gong Fu black teas of Fujian province, along with Bai Lin and Zheng He. This new style of Tan Yang Gong Fu uses as raw materials the aromatic Jin Mu Dan tea cultivar from high-mountain ecological tea gardens. Perfectly blending the traditional Tan Yang Gong Fu black tea processing technique with some oolong tea processing techniques, it not only retains a smoothness and mellow honey rhyme but also produces a unique floral and fruity fragrance.

Day two for this Tan Yang Gonfu sample. Might consider adding a larger amount to my drinking stash as a nice reliable winter black. ♥️

Nice gentle black with loads of sweet and apricot and peach honey tones. Still not sure about my tastebuds since everything seems to have a cream taste, but regardless, I enjoyed this as the weather is getting cooler.
