- Gongfu style at 100˚C/212˚F. Rinse before first infusion. We suggest a few different brewing methods: A. 1g : 25ml, flash steep for 10+ infusions B. 1g : 25ml, 5s + 5s per infusion C. 1g : 35ml, 10s + 10s per infusion
- Description
- This tea was harvested between April 15 and April 20, 2020 from trees that are around 200 years old. The cultivar is a mix of small & big leaf varietals, which is a special phenomenon found in very few places including Naka.

Another great session with this Naka maocha, used a different brewing method this time to good results. Looking forward to trying the pressed Naka and making some comparisons.

An excellent sheng in my opinion. Peaked around the 3-4-5 infusion in this session, really nice balance of flavors around there. Happy to drink this any time.
