Description: Harvest Date: March 16, 2021 Shi Hua literally means “stone flower”. It has straight leaves like Zhu Ye Qing (bamboo leaf green).

I think I like this on best of the Meng Dings so far, because its flavor is the most subtle. It’s nice and pleasant, and not overwhelming.
