Description: Harvest Date: March 28, 2021 Mao Feng literally means Fur Peak because the small white hairs covering the leaves and the shape of the processed leaves resemble the peak of a mountain. Since this tea is more affordable and accessible than Gan Lu and other green teas, this tea is probably the most consumed green tea in the mass tea market of Sichuan.

A beautiful tea. Tastes best on the second infusion. Perhaps I will try next time with cooler water, but overall a pleasing taste with a nice finish.
