Gongfu style at 100˚C/212˚F. Unnecessary to rinse. Zisha teapot is slightly preferred to gaiwan for the tea’s texture.
Depending on your desired intensity, use 5-10g : 110ml ratio. Flash steep or very short steeping time for the first 3 infusions, and then extend as wanted.
Description
Lao Cong Shui Xian leaves are plump and dark-brown coated with an alluring luster. Its processing brings out signature "baking flavor" with natural fragrances of Shui Xian. The liquor is golden brown, thick yet mellow. The infused leaves are stretched evenly.
Very rich but not my fav xui Xian lots of flavored note but missing the cinnamon notes. Heavy in the mouth

Exceptional taste and aroma. Didn't last for very long, however, the nectar-like liquor was totally worth it. Savored. @ Wadi Degla Valley
