Description
“Gong Ting” directly translates to palace or imperial court. In shou puerh terms, it is the highest grade comprised of buds and young leaves. Usually after the big-batch fermentation process, these tenderer leaves are carefully sorted out from the other leaves and stems, and they can either be kept loose or compressed. This is a compressed cake solely made from Gong Ting level leaves picked from and fermented in Menghai, offering a soft texture and a sweet flavor. Pressed on October 22, 2017.
