- Description
- This organic green tea was produced on March 19, 2022 from Jin Xuan, a famous Taiwanese cultivar for making Milk Oolong. Giving off milky and chestnut aroma, this tea tastes sweet and fresh. The tea liquor is clear and transparent, and expanded tea leaves are soft and tender. The mountains of Zijin county are around 23˚N latitude, similar to Alishan of Taiwan and Pu’er of Yunnan. The sunlight and rain are both sufficient, with occasional cloudy days whose diffused light are suitable for tea plants' growth.

Dry leaf smells like creamy sea air. We leaf smells more salty. The colour is pale and greenish.
