Steeping instructions
Portion: Use one tea bag (2 g) per 250 ml water. Water Temperature (Cold Brew): Use iced, cold, or room-temperature water. Cold Brew Method: Steep for at least 30 minutes for a light, refreshing taste, or for 2–4 hours for a stronger, more complex flavor. Serve chilled.

Description
Made from mature late-spring leaves of Yunnan large-leaf tea trees, harvested in the Mangshi Zhongshan tea area and fermented anaerobically for nine months. Specially packaged in tea bags for convenience, this version is designed for cold brewing while retaining the tangy aroma and smooth character of De’ang sour tea. It offers a refreshing, clean taste suitable for both chilled and hot infusions. Yunnan Defeng Tea Co. (云南德凤茶业) is a respected Yunnan tea producer with over two decades of expertise in Pu-erh and ethnic minority teas. Its founder, Lu Fengmei (卢凤美) is recognized as a province-level inheritor of this invaluable intangible cultural heritage for De'ang sour tea craftsmanship. As a guardian of this tradition, she not only preserves ancient techniques but also pioneers new formats that bring this heritage closer to today's tea drinkers.
