Steeping instructions: Portion: Use one tea bag (2 g) per 250 ml water. Water Temperature (Cold Brew): Use iced, cold, or room-temperature water. Cold Brew Method: Steep for at least 30 minutes for a light, refreshing taste, or for 2–4 hours for a stronger, more complex flavor. Serve chilled.

Description: Made from mature late-spring leaves of Yunnan large-leaf tea trees, harvested in the Mangshi Zhongshan tea area and fermented anaerobically for nine months. Specially packaged in tea bags for convenience, this version is designed for cold brewing while retaining the tangy aroma and smooth character of De’ang sour tea. It offers a refreshing, clean taste suitable for both chilled and hot infusions.

De'ang sour tea are always very complex, it is hard to pin point exactly flavour and aroma. Anyway that was a pleasant smooth tea.

Definitely better hot brewed, this has landed itself as my second favorite of the three I’ve tried so far. Smooth, sweet, and flavorful. I can’t wait to try the traditionally pounded next!

Strange but tasty tea. Yoghurt notes and strong florals (which I initially interpreted as baked crinkle-cut fries?). I’ll hot brew this in order to get more of a finger on the tasting notes.
