Description
This tea is built on an autumn 2022 Shou Mei (寿眉) white tea base from Bailiu Village, Diantou Town, at around 480m. The Shou Mei was produced in autumn 2022, then in 2025 it was scented and pressed together with osmanthus flowers—creating a floral-fused white tea that’s especially friendly for daily brewing and long, warming infusions. The tea is compressed into biscuit-shaped pieces (~5g each)—a convenient single-session portion designed for easy brewing without measuring. One biscuit is perfect for a full gongfu session in a gaiwan or small teapot, and it also works beautifully for mug steeping with multiple refills. Because the base tea is Shou Mei, the foundation is naturally fuller and rounder than more bud-heavy white teas. Shou Mei, or “Longevity Eyebrow,” is named for the distinctive crescent shape of its mature leaves and is known for its mellow sweetness and rounded character.
