    We’ve selected four oolong teas from southern Fujian, a region renowned for producing some of China’s most iconic oolongs. Among them are two distinct Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy) from Anxi and two Zhang Ping Shui Xian teas—a uniquely compressed oolong from Zhangping—harvested in autumn and spring.
