Description
One of the four famous bushes of Wuyi Mountains, Bai Ji Guan (White Rooster Crown) originated from the Tianyou Peak near Wuyi Star’s Tea Science Institute. It was said that Bai Ji Guan was discovered in the Ming dynasty. It was named after its tea leaves color, where the tea leaves are yellow green while the uppermost buds are whitish yellow with fine hairs plumed like the crown of a rooster. Bai Ji Guan tea is rich in flavor, giving a refreshing mellow taste with a robust lotus aroma.
Shape: Compact and yellowish-brown in color
Aroma: Pure and rich with lotus fragrance
Color: Sparkling golden yellow
Taste: Fresh and mellow
Infused tea leaves: Soft with some red dots
